Our experienced driver will pick you up from your hotel or villa in the early hours of the morning to be sure to arrive at the base of Mt Batur in time to begin your journey. Pick up time will depend on the location of the hotel or villa you are staying in.

When you arrive at the base camp you will meet your local climbing guide who will ensure your safety and who will go over some safety instructions and provide a head lamp or torch for you for the climb. It takes between 2 to 3 hours depending on your hiking experience to hike to the summit.

When you reach the summit of Mt Batur you will see some of the best mountain views in Bali and you can enjoy an amazing sunrise weather depending. It is an amazing adventure hiking Mount Batur, making the climb to the top to witness the stunning views. At the top of the mountain you will also enjoy a light snack with tea or coffee and time to relax and take photos before your decent back down the mountain. Decending the mountain is a bit quicker than the climb up and you should arrive back to base camp to your driver at about 9:00am.

You then have the option of visiting the hot springs where they have a diverse array of exquisitely designed hot spring pools. Aside from relaxing you will also discover vitality and rejuvenation by merging exercise in the water pools with wellness from the hot spring water.

After having a relaxing time at the hot springs you also have the option to go up the Kintamani hill to have coffee, brunch or lunch at the famous Akasa Restaurant. This multi level restaurant has amazing aerial views of Mt Batur and the Black Lava fields as well as a wonderful selection of food and beverages at very reasonable prices to enjoy before the drive back.

When you are finished there our driver will then return you back to your hotel or villa. The approximate time for the whole trip is around 12 hours.
